SUWANEE - Clark Patterson Lee hosted an open house on Thursday, sharing its new office in Suwanee with employees, vendors, clients and other invitees.<br />

The new office is located at 350 Town Center Avenue, Suite 201 in the Suwanee Town Center, an award-winning, 65-acre mixed-use development anchored by a 10-acre, urban-style park. <br />
<br />
Clark Patterson Lee was the lead consultant on the Suwanee Town Center master plan, as well as project manager, architect and engineer of record for the Town Center Park and the Suwanee Amphitheater. The firm's new office is located about 35 miles north of downtown Atlanta and reflects the dynamic and vibrant surroundings of Suwanee, frequently cited as one of the nation's most livable areas. <br />

Clark Patterson Lee introduced a new name and new look across its network of 12 offices in November. The office in Suwanee reflects the firm's overall growth in the Southeast. Other Clark Patterson Lee offices are in New York, North Carolina and South Carolina. <br />

Clark Patterson Lee designed the three-story, 42,000 square foot Main Street Corners building-the first commercial building built in the Town Center and the location of their new offices. Clark Patterson Lee also provided extensive civil engineering for all of the other commercial sites within the development. The firm's new office has balconies on both sides of the building and beautiful views of the Town Center Park. <br />
