<p>A father shot and killed his daughter and stepson before killing himself, authorities said.</p><p>Police were called to a home in south Fulton County around 10 p.m. Monday after the man's wife ran from the home when the shooting began.</p><p>The 2-year-old girl, Chasmin Payne, was found dead at the scene of a gunshot to the head. Keevin Bridges, 7, was hot in the head and was taken to a hospital where he later died, Fulton County police spokesman Gary Syblis said.</p><p>The man was identified as Chad Payne, 32, said Meredith Galloway, an investigator with the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office. Syblis said he had shot himself in the head.</p><p>"As for a motive, we don't know that," Syblis said. "It's going to be a domestic situation; we don't know anything else further beyond that."</p>
