BRASELTON - A Braselton woman and her unborn daughter have died after an early Wednesday morning car accident with a tractor-trailer.
The accident happened just after 6:30am near the Hall/Jackson County line. Tiffany Alicia Stephens, age 24, was life-flighted to Grady Hospital in Altanta, where she died. Her unborn daughter, Angel Stephens, was also killed in the accident.
Funeral services for the mother and daughter are 2pm Sunday at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured in the crash. Winder Highway was closed for about three hours after the wreck.
