Habersham Farm Winery Ordinance passes final muster

CLARKESVILLE - A controversial Farm Winery Ordinance was given final approval by the Habersham County Commission Monday night.

The measure would allow the manufacture or sale of wine by farm wineries in their tasting rooms, where free samples would be allowed.
