855 new homes planned as part of S. Hall mixed-use development

FLOWERY BRANCH - Nearly 1,000 new homes are planned as part of a new mixed use development in South Hall.

They would be locate on a track near the Falcons complex in Flowery Branch.

Martin Road Development, LLC, says the housing units would consist of 855 apartments and townhouses. A retail component is also included in the mix.

The site is on Martin Road near the Falcon Parkway intersection.
