ATHENS, Ga. - Larry Munson, the longtime ``Voice of the Bulldogs,'' will broadcast his first Georgia road game of the season Saturday, but he won't have to go far. Number Six Georgia is traveling 75 miles to Atlanta to take on rival Georgia Tech.
Munson cut back this season to only doing home games because of failing health. He is handling the final regular-season contest because his usual partner, Scott Howard, will be in Wisconsin to broadcast the Georgia men's basketball game.
For previous road games, Howard slid into the play-by-play seat and former Georgia quarterback Eric Zeier served as analyst.
Zeier will work with Munson at the Georgia-Georgia Tech game.
The ex-Bulldog quarterback said he is ``looking forward to it.'' Zeier said he will keep his mouth shut and let Munson do the talking.
