United Way of Hall Co. reaches 54% of goal

GAINESVILLE - United Way of Hall County announced Wednesday it has pledges and contributions totaling 54 percent, or $1.12 million, of its $2.07 million.

The announcement was made at a luncheon at at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hall County at which the top ten companies, with the most pledges and contributions so far, were recognized:

1. Publix
2. Northeast Georgia Health System
3. Regions
4. Cargill
5. Hall County School System
6. UPS
7. United Community Bank
8. Conditioned Air Systems
9. BB&T
10. Georgia Power
