Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Clermont elections Tuesday

UNDATED - It may be an off-year for elections for most people but not for scores of people in Georgia... mostly in city council races.

Tuesday is election day with three contested races in Hall County.

In Gainesville, two candidates are running for a seat on the city school board - the one being vacated by Frank Harben.

In Clermont, there are four candidates for three city council posts with the top three vote-getters the winners and in Flowery Branch, two contested city council races will be on the ballot.
