<p>Jeff Hull, playing on a course where he once was the club pro, shot a 4-under-par 68 on Friday to take a two-shot lead halfway through the 52nd Georgia Open.</p><p>His 9-under 135 total on the Reynolds Landing course gave him the lead over Clark Spratlin of Cumming, who posted a 70-137.</p><p>Four players were tied for third at 138 _ Greg Whatley of Stone Mountain after a 67, Brett Harris of Atlanta 66, Jay McLuen of Danielsville 70 and first-round leader Josh Bunch of Murrayville 72.</p><p>Stan Gann of Kathleen had the low round of the day, a 9-under 63, but he was still five shots off the lead.</p><p>William Mitchell of Roswell was the low amateur with a 70-139.</p><p>Defending champion Tim Conley of Braselton is 12 shots back after a 4-over 76.</p><p>The 36-hole cut was 4-over 148, with 63 players qualifying for the last two rounds.</p>
