<p>Three men have been charged and police are looking for a fourth in connection with the death of a 25-year-old man whose body was found in the Savannah River last month.</p><p>Kelly Roberts, 28, Demetric Twitty, 31, and Woodrow Garner Jr., 30, have been charged with kidnapping and armed robbery in connection with the death of Ian Mosley of Gaffney, Cherokee County Sheriff Bill Blanton said Friday.</p><p>Roberts and Twitty also are of Gaffney; Garner is from Spartanburg. Investigators say Mosley knew the men.</p><p>Blanton said Mosley was abducted from Gaffney sometime before 6 p.m. July 24 and robbed of items including jewelry and cash. Police recovered Mosley's 2001 Lexus in Rutherford County, N.C., on July 27.</p><p>Richmond County, Ga., Sgt. Richard Roundtree said Mosley had been bound by his hands and feet and put in the trunk of his car before being shot at a boat ramp and his body dumped in the river.</p><p>Jackie Fowler, Mosley's mother, said her son also was badly beaten.</p><p>Roundtree said investigators noticed that Mosley's cell phone was still being used as well as his bank accounts.</p><p>When someone used his credit cards for a shopping spree in Augusta, Ga., and elsewhere in North and South Carolina, police were able to gather surveillance tapes that led to the arrests.</p><p>"The investigation is just now getting (into) high gear," Blanton said.
