GAINESVILLE - Another proposed tax increase, another round of public hearings - this time by the Hall County Commission.
The millage rate for the General Fund would go up 6-point-7 percent and commissioners will host three hearings on the proposal, with the first set for six o'clock next Thursday at the mountains center.
