500+ lbs. of pot seized in Forsyth

CUMMING - More than 500 pounds of marijuana were seized in a drug raid recently in Forsyth County.

The raid on a house on Friendship Circle culminated several weeks of undercover work and, in addition to the post, netted one arrest.

Forsyth County Sheriff Ted Paxton says, however, more arrests are possible.

The marijuana, which was packaged in more than 30 separate bales, was seized from a outbuilding on the property.
