Hall County jobless rate down

ATLANTA - Hall County's jobless rate is down as is the rate in all other counties in the Georiga Mountains region except Rabun.

According to State Labor Commissioner Michael Thurmond, the jobless rate in Rabun shot up six-tenths of a percent over the past month.

Hall declined two-tenths of a percent to three-and-a-half.

The overall rate for the mountians region - which includes thirteen counties - was 3-point-3 percent, down from 3-and-a-half.
