ATLANTA - A mixed-use residential development that would include more than 500 new houses and town homes is planned in the Chestnut Mountain area, according to a posting on a state agency's Web site.<br>

A filing with the state Department of Community Affairs says it would be called Park at Riverside and would be located near Georgia Highway 211 and Pleasant Hill Lane.<br>

Plans call for 488 single-family houses and 73 town homes. In addition, the posting on the agency's Web site, calls for up to 90,000 square feet of retail/office space.<br>

The developer is Capital Partners Development, Inc., of Atlanta. <br>
<br>
According to their filing, the estimated build-out value of the project is almost $184 million and it could be expected to generate annual local tax revenues of $673,000.<br>
