More condos planned for Gainesville

GAINESVILLE - Gainesville's condominium community just keeps growing and growing.

The city planning commission agenda for December 12th lists a proposal to tear down a 114-unit apartment complex, Harbor View on Thompson Bridge Road near Minor Road, and replace it with a 114-unit "gated, upscale" condo complex.

Also on the agenda: plans for a 27-unit townhome development at Enota Avenue and Yonah Avenue - also described as upscale and gated.
