Lake Lanier marina operators attend boat show

ATLANTA - Marina operators from around Lake Lanier are in Atlanta this weekend representing their marina at the Atlanta Boat Show.

This is the seventh year marinas have had booths at the southeast's largest indoor boat show.

Kirby Cay Scheiman a marina operator with Aqualand says the show is the first gauge of the boating season, "It's a great chance for everyone to tout their new products and new slips and new designs and things that are going on marina by marina."

Scheiman adds that it is also a good way for different marinas to see what's happening on the lake.
