ATLANTA (AP) Washington second baseman Jose Vidro left Thursday's game against the Braves after his right knee acted up again.
Vidro has endured an injury plagued season, playing in just 76 games. He came out after leading off the fourth inning with a single.
The Nationals said the knee was inflamed, and Vidro would undergo an MRI on Friday. He was listed as day to day.
Vidro underwent offseason surgery on the knee and it has continued to bother him. He also missed two months with a partially torn tendon in his left ankle.
Vidro is hitting .271 with seven homers and 31 RBIs.
