AUBURN, Ala. (AP) Auburn added receiver Ulysses Alexander, a one-time Tennessee signee, to its signing class Thursday.<br>

The 6-foot-4, 200-pound receiver from Miami, Fla., signed with the Volunteers in February but was granted a release from his scholarship. He will be joining the team for this season.<br>

Alexander was an honorable mention All-Dade County pick as a senior at Northwestern High School. He caught more than 40 passes with eight touchdowns in a run-oriented offense.<br>

The Tigers signed four other receivers as part of a 19-player signing class in February.<br>
