Lula to mark 100 years of town charter

LULA - An all-day celebration later this month will mark the 100th anniversary of Lula's town charter.

Music, tall tales from some old timers, food, and arts and crafts are among the things planned Saturday August 20th, according to the Lula Historical Society.

The Lula 100th Charter Anniversary will also feature a Living History conducted by members of the Gainesville, Cleveland and Dahlonega Sons of Confederate Veterans camps.
