Hall hires 'emergency management specialist'

UNDATED - The White County 911 and Emergency Management Agency Director has resigned to take an EMA position in Hall County.<br> <br> William Wright submitted his resignation - effective September 15 - to White County Manager Alton Brown Monday. He has held the dual position since November 2000. <br> <br> Hall County Public Information Officer Barry Wood said Wright has been hired as an &#34;emergency management specialist&#34; by Hall County.<br>
