Chris Van Leer and Ben Popple had goals for the Panthers, who avenged a 3-2 loss to the Broncos in the region final.
The schools also met in the 2001 championship game, sharing the title with a 2-2 tie. This time, the Panthers (20-2) claimed it all to themselves and set a school record for wins in a season.
Brookwood (12-2-5) won the AAAAA title a year ago with a 1-0 win over Starr's Mill. The Broncos fell short in their defense, the final game for coach Mike Coulter.
He retired after leading Brookwood to the state final in four of the last five years.
