GAINESVILLE - Gas prices in Gainesville continue their downward spiral and are now about 25 cents lower - in places - than they were just six weeks ago.
On April 7, $2.20 a gallon was common for regular unleaded; Friday morning, some of the same outlets were selling it for $1.95.
As usual, mid-grade was running about 10 cents more and high-test, 20 cents more.
