CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) Former Clemson cornerback Justin Miller has been charged with public disorderly conduct and a noise violation.<br>

Miller was arrested Saturday night and was released on bond, Clemson Police Department spokesman Pam Gravely told the Anderson Independent-Mail.<br>

The incident report from the arrest was not immediately available, Gravely told the paper.<br>

A telephone message left at police headquarters by The Associated Press was not immediately returned.<br>
<br>
Miller decided in January to skip his senior season and is expected to be drafted by the NFL this weekend.<br>
<br>
Miller has 13 interceptions in his career, including eight in his freshman season. He also averaged 30.7 yards per kick return, an Atlantic Coast Conference record.<br>
