OAKWOOD - The Gainesville boys tennis team dropped just one set in beating West Hall 5-0 Monday in Region 7-AAA action.<br>

The Elephants' Santiago Carballol beat Drew Wilkerson 6-0, 6-4 at No. 1 singles while William Denning beat Will Pate 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 in close match. Kerry Crozier beat A.J. Weiss 7-6, 6-1 in another good matchup at No. 3 singles.<br>

At No. 1 doubles, Andrew Kline and Drew Turner beat Josh Weaver and David Sage 6-3, 6-1. Charlie Bodine and Josh Farrell beat Phillip Clark and Khalid Khlifi 6-2, 7-6 at No. 2 doubles.<br>

Gainesville next will travel to Johnson Thursday while West Hall will play host to Buford Tuesday.
