Dawson sweeps golf match at Chestatee GC

DAWSONVILLE - The Dawson County boys and girls golf teams swept a dual match with North Forsyth Thursday.<br> <br> The boys won 180-184 at the Chestatee Golf Course, taking their first match win of the season.<br> <br> The girls won 86-126.<br> <br> Dawson County&#39;s Blake Palmer won low medalist for the 6th time this year with a 1-over par 37 in the boys competition.<br> <br> Ty Overmyer tied his best round of the year with a 43. Joel Burlingame and Justin Hunt<br> contributed with a 50 each.<br> <br> For the girls, Courtney Miller set a school record with a 1-under 35. Kasay Holbrook finished with a 51.
