Radford 66, Charleston Southern 56

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) Chris Oliver scored 21 points to lead Radford to a 66-56 victory against Charleston Southern on Saturday.<br> <br> Olumuyiwa Popoola scored 14 points and Andre Bynum added for the Highlanders (10-11, 5-5 Big South Conference).<br> <br> Charleston Southern (8-12, 5-5) shot 47.1 percent from the field, compared with Radford&#39;s 42.9 percent, but the Highlanders outscored the Buccaneers 17-4 at the foul line.<br> <br> Radford led 31-29 at halftime. The Buccaneers cut Radford&#39;s lead to 47-44 with 10:00 left. But the Highlanders went on a 9-0 run to take a 56-44 lead with 6:48 remaining. Charleston Southern would get no closer than six points the rest of the way.<br> <br> Thomas Harrison scored a career-high 15 points and Nathan Ball added 12 for Charleston Southern.
