Jerry Jones pleads guilty in killings of four

<p>Accused killer Jerry Jones has pleaded guilty in Calhoun in four deaths.</p><p>Jones is accused of killing three of his ex-girlfriend's relatives and his own infant daughter.</p><p>He entered the plea Tuesday morning during a hearing on pretrial motions. Jones also is accused of abducting three other children in January 2004.</p><p>Jones faces the death penalty in the January 2004 slayings of Tom and Nola Blaylock, their daughter, Georgia Mae Bradley, and 10-month-old Jerri Jones. The Blaylocks were the mother and step-father of Melissa Peeler, Jones' ex-girlfriend.</p><p>Police said that after the shooting, Jones took off with Peeler's three surviving children _ two of them his own _ and fled just over the state line near Chattanooga, Tenn., where he was caught after a car chase the next night. He shot himself in the face and spent months in a prison hospital.</p><p>Monday, his defense attorneys argued that the makeup of the grand jury that indicted him was flawed.</p>
