Clark Atlanta led 12-9 after three quarters. Stillman's only offensive touchdown came on Phillip Bryant's 8-yard pass from Charlie McCullum early in the final period before Glenn's touchdown padded the lead.<br>

Adrian Johnson scored on touchdown runs of 12 and 51 yards for Clark Atlanta (3-7 overall, 3-5 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference).<br>

Kevin Fleming kicked field goals of 19 and 34 yards for Stillman (4-4, 3-4), which also scored on a first-quarter safety.<br>

McCullum completed 9 of 19 passes for 112 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions.<br>
<br>
Clark Atlanta netted only 159 yards, including 25 yards passing.<br>
