AUGUSTA - A Buford dentist is due in court in Augusta today for a hearing on charges he killed his then-girlfriend 15 years ago.
Dr. Bart Corbin is also under indictment in Gwinnett County on charges that he killed his wife last year at their Buford home.
It was her death that caused authorities in Richmond County to re-open the case of Dolly Hearn, a woman Corbin dated while in dental school in Augusta.
The Richmond County D.A. wants to include evidence of Mrs. Corbin's death when Dr. Corbin goes on trial in Augusta.
