GMC study results ready

GAINESVILLE - The results of a study on expanding the Georgia Mountains Center will be presented to the Gainesville City Council next week.

The presentation will be made at 9:00 during a council work session.

That afternoon, at 2"00, the Gainesville business community is being invited to the mountains center for a presentation of the findings, according to Carol Moore, executive director of the mountains center.

City officials and the consultants who conducted the study will be asking for input "on potential expansion options, needs and desires" for the facility.
