<p>A clothing warehouse in central Kentucky will close down by the end of the year eliminating 90 jobs, a company spokesman said.</p><p>The decision to close the OshKosh B'Gosh distribution center in Liberty is part of a strategy by its parent company, Atlanta-based Carter's Inc., to improve service and reduce costs, said David A. Brown, Carter's executive vice president and chief operations officer.</p><p>"We realize the impact that this decision has on our employees, their families and the community," Brown said. "We will provide severance and outplacement services to affected employees to help them transition to other employment."</p><p>Eric Martin, Carter's vice president, said on Tuesday that state representatives and local officials were notified of the closure in hopes that another company might be interested in locating there.</p>
