TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) Florida State defensive end Darrell Burston missed practice with a shoulder injury for the second consecutive day Tuesday, and he may miss a lot more.
The starter on the left defensive front, Burston underwent an MRI, but the results have not yet been disclosed.
``Talking to (head trainer Randy Oravetz) yesterday, it didn't sound good,'' coach Bobby Bowden said.
The 6-foot-2, 255-pound Burston has started all four games this season and has five tackles, two tackles for loss and a pair off pass breakups for the Seminoles (4-0).
Alex Boston and Willie Jones saw most of the action Saturday against Syracuse after Burston left the game early in the first half.
