CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) Clemson receiver Kelvin Grant is out for the season after tearing a ligament in his knee during practice Wednesday.
The junior was making a cut when he suffered the injury. An examination Thursday showed he had torn his ACL, the school said.
Grant had caught 10 passes this season for 84 yards. In his career, Grant has 45 receptions for 437 yards and one touchdown.
``This is a big loss to our offense,'' Tiger coach Tommy Bowden said.
