FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) Jarvis Williams ran for 149 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries to lead Fort Valley State to a 22-12 victory over Kentucky State on Saturday.<br>

The Wildcats (6-1, 6-0 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) took a 9-3 lead in the second quarter when Williams scored on a 22-yard touchdown run. Then Fort Valley added another score on a 34-yard run by Tavari Holliday, who finished with 85 yards on eight carries.<br>

Fort Valley's Willie Copeland completed 13-of-18 passes for 135 yards and tossed a 24-yard touchdown to Antonio Hughes in the fourth.<br>

Brandon Adams led Kentucky State (4-3, 3-2) with 107 yards on 17 carries.<br>
