VALDOSTA, Ga. (AP) Barrett Wilkes passed for 202 yards and three touchdowns and scored another to lead Valdosta State to a 52-12 victory over Henderson State on Saturday.<br>

The Blazers (6-1, 4-1 Gulf South Conference) never trailed in lifting their record to 8-0 in the series with Henderson (2-5, 1-4).<br>

Wilkes, who completed 24 of 30 passes, had scoring passes of 4 yards to Travis Taylor, 3 yards to Clay Callaway and 9 yards to Sherard Reynolds, who also caught a 67-yarder from backup Lewis Kuffuor for another score. Wilkes' touchdown came on a 1-yard run midway through the third quarter.<br>

Dane King sparked the Henderson offense, completing 37 of 66 passes for 386 yards, including a TD pass of 9 yards to Marques Clark. King was intercepted three times, one of which was returned 60 yards by Maurice Leggett for the game's final score with 3:47 to play. Henderson's other scoring came on field goals of 27 and 30 yards by Bryan Woodard.<br>

Leggett also scored on special teams, returning a blocked punt 20 yards early in the second quarter. Michael Green had a 24-yard field goal for the Blazers.<br>
