ATLANTA (AP) Hosea Harris passed for 131 yards and two touchdowns and Jonathan Vital recovered a fumble in the end zone for another score to lead Albany State to a 45-12 victory over Clark Atlanta on Saturday.<br>

Harris connected with Antonio Atkins on a 48-yard scoring pass five minutes into the game and then hit Joshua Johnson on a 15-yard scoring play in the third quarter.<br>

Albany State (5-1, 5-1 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) got a second TD reception from Atkins, who hauled in a 4-yard pass from Terrance Ransom in the fourth quarter.<br>

Monyel Williams had the highlight for Clark Atlanta (2-6, 2-4), picking off a Harris pass and returning it 82 yards for a touchdown late in the opening period. CAU's other score came on Adrian Johnson's 7-yard run in the final quarter.<br>

Albany State got two scores from Antwan Andrews on runs of 1 and 2 yards and Matt Hawthorne added a 25-yard field goal.<br>

Harris completed 8 of 14 passes and also led his team in rushing with 67 yards on nine carries.<br>
