<p>A plane has crashed in Paulding County, killing one, officials say.</p><p>Kathleen Bergen with the Federal Aviation Administration says the plane crashed this morning into a house under construction in Dallas. She says one person was killed and another was in critical condition.</p><p>The victim's identities were NOT immediately released. (WGNX-TV)</p>
