Bills sign 7th-round pick, Tech's Smith

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Former Georgia Tech receiver Jonathan Smith, the second of Buffalo&#39;s two seventh-round draft picks, signed Tuesday with the Bills.<br> <br> Smith, the 214th player selected in April&#39;s draft, also served as a punt returner, running back and quarterback for the Jackets. <br> <br> In four seasons, he finished with 174 catches for 2,238 yards to rank fourth among Yellow Jacket receivers.<br> <br> He also had 12 touchdowns.<br> <br> Smith is the third of Buffalo&#39;s six draft picks to sign with the team.
