Terry Walton comes to Gainesville from Cannon United Methodist Church in Snellville. Gerald Thurman, who had served the Gainesville church for a number of years, has been named district superintendent. <br>

The changes were announced at the annual meeting of the North Georgia United Methodist Church Conference.<br>
