Sewer summit planned in Hall

GAINESVILLE - Plans are being finallized by the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce for a sewer information summit.

Outgoing chamber chairman Benny Bagwell said Thursday at the chamber's monthly board meeting the meeting will be held July 16 and is for all local governments in the county - regardless of whether they now provide sewer service.

Bagwell said the chamber hopes to use the session to get a handle on the overall sewer capability in the county.

He said its critical for the chamber to have such information at its fingertips when recruiting new business and industry.
