GAINESVILLE - The funeral will be held Sunday for the founder of Rochester & Associates, a Gainesville civil engineering consulting firm.
Keith Rochester, 65, died Thursday following a sudden illness.
The funeral will be Sunday at 2:00 at Lakewood Baptist Church.
According to the company's Web site, Rochester founded Rochester & Associates in 1966 as a surveying firm serving the Southeast. The company now has more than 160 employees and five offices - four in Georgia and one in Turkey.
Rochester was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church for 43 years. He served as a Deacon Minister, served on the Stewardship Ministry and was a member of the DMC and Wisdom Seekers Sunday School Class.
