<p>Wood products giant Georgia-Pacific Corp. has sold its Brunswick pulp mill to Koch Cellulose for $610 million.</p><p>Koch Cellulose, a newly formed subsidiary of Wichita, Kan.-based Koch Industries, also bought another former Georgia-Pacific mill and short-line railroad in Mississippi and the assets of two international sales offices. The sale was completed Friday, and Koch Cellulose will be based in Brunswick.</p><p>The pulp mill was established in 1937 and purchased by Georgia-Pacific for $665 million in 1988. It employs more than 750 people.</p><p>"We're delighted that they're going to have their headquarters here and continue working," said Phil Overton, executive director for the Brunswick and Glynn County Development Authority.</p><p>The plant manufactures products including disposable baby diapers, baby wipes, fine papers, tissue and coffee filters.</p><p>___</p><p>On the Net:</p><p>HASH(0x286659c)</p><p>___</p><p>HASH(0x28666d4)</p>
