MURRAYVILLE - The North Hall baseball team Wednesday was denied a chance to clinch second place in Region 7-AAA.<br>

West Hall's Devin Pass pitched a complete-game five-hitter to lead the Spartans to a 7-1 win.<br>
<br>
Pass outdueled the Trojans' No. 1 starter Chris Curtis, who lasted until the the sixth inning and took the loss.<br>
<br>
North Hall (15-8, 13-4) jumped out to a 1-0 lead on a Devin Hollander home run in the second inning.<br>
<br>
But West Hall (8-14, 6-10) scored two runs in the fourth and five more in the sixth to put the game away.
