FLOWERY BRANCH - The Lakeview Academy boys tennis team got its first win of the season winning two matches in the third set in a 3-2 win over Flowery Branch Thursday.<br>

The Falcons' Philip Peters opened the match with a 3-6, 6-1, 6-3 over Lakeview's David Ellis at No. 1 singles.<br>

But the Lions (1-3) took the next three matches to clinch the win.<br>
<br>
Chris Gath rallied to Patrick Gribbins 5-7, 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) at No. 2 singles and James Francis beat Nick Lewis 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.<br>
<br>
Lakeview's David Burleson and Payden Sewell beat Josh Acton and Will Clark at No. 1 doubles 7-5, 4-6, 6-3 to seal the win.<br>
<br>
Flowery Branch's No. 2 doubles team of Colby Clark and Justin Martin won 6-0, 6-2 over Matt Wirt and Philip Frobos.<br>
