GAINESVILLE - A portion of Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard in Gainesville will be closed until 5:00 Friday afternoon.
The Gainesville Public Utilities Department says the street will be closed between Fair Street and Jesse Jewell Parkway for water meter improvements.
Because of the work, traffic will be detoured to Fair Street.
