GAINESVILLE - The Lakeview Academy boys team won its second match win of the season Thursday beating Rabun Gap 5-0 in its Region 8-A opener.<br>

David Ellis beat Joe Lee 6-1, 7-5 at No. 1 singles while Chris Gatti rallied from a set down to beat Felix Wackerhagen 3-6, 6-3, 6-4. James Francis won at No. 3 singles beating Max Backhaus 6-1, 6-0 to clinch the match.<br>

Tthe No. 1 doubles team of David Burelson and Payden Sewell took a 6-1, 6-1 win over Glenn Kim and D.J. Min. Chase Ollis and Matt Wirt won 6-2, 4-6, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles over Vincent Cheng and Matej Varga.<br>

Lakeview improved to 2-3, 1-0 overall.
