Grambling 31, Savannah St. 26

SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) Ab Kuuan ran for 155 yards and three touchdowns and Brandon Landers connected with Henry Tolbert on a 15-yard scoring pass with 29 seconds left to give Grambling a 31-26 victory over Savannah State on Saturday.<br> <br> The Landers to Tolbert game-winner capped a four-play, 55-yard drive that began with only just over a minute to play.<br> <br> Kuuan, who had 18 carries, scored on runs of 3, 6 and 11 yards for the Tigers (5-5).<br> <br> Clyde Tullis, who completed 22 of 38 passes for 267 yards, had given Savannah State (2-7) a 26-24 lead with 1:15 remaining when he hit Deon Whiteside on a 17-yard scoring pass. Tullis also ran for 80 yards.<br> <br> Grambling&#39;s other score came on a 40-yard field goal by Brian Morgan in the second quarter.<br> <br> Tullis and Whiteside also connected on a 12-yard scoring pass in the second period and Myshun McAlpine had the other two Savannah State scores on runs of 5 yards in tahe first quarter and 1 yard in the fourth.
