<p>A fugitive wanted in the killing and dismemberment of an Atlanta man was caught Friday morning at a gas station in south Fulton County, authorities said.</p><p>Chaunson Lavel McKibbins, 33, was apprehended around 3 a.m. at a gas station in Fairburn.</p><p>He was indicted on murder charges on Feb. 28, 2002, the day after the remains of Demetrius Robbins, 27, were found in plastic bags in a shallow grave in southeast Atlanta.</p><p>His head, which had been severed by a chain saw, was found more than 20 miles away.</p><p>Authorities claim McKibbins and several other men abducted, tortured and killed Robbins in November 2001 over stolen cocaine.</p><p>McKibbins had been on the Atlanta FBI office's "Most Wanted" list. Last year, the FBI and Atlanta police offered a $5,0000 reward for information leading to his arrest.</p><p>Three other men charged in the murder were acquitted last year.</p>
