Braselton in running for 'American Dream Town' award

BRASELTON - Braselton has been nominated for the prestigious "American Dream Town" award.<br>

Internet voting in the contest began Friday.<br>
<br>
Two other Georgia towns - Warm Springs and Lumpkin, both in West Georgia - were also nominated. <br>
<br>
The purpose of the award is "to celebrate small town heritage, take pride in neighborhoods and invite tourism."<br>
<br>
Voting is via the Internet only.<br>
