Next Hall land use plan session set

GAINESVILLE - With the sights and sounds of the holidays probably still a fresh memory, Hall County officials just two weeks into the new year will be jumping back into the controversy over a proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

The next land use plan public forum is scheduled for January 15.

A number of such meetings were held in recent months - with many people questioning the wisdom of some the provisions included in the plan.

The topic for the January 15 meeting, which will be held at 5:30 at the Georgia Mountains Center, will be "Land Use Implementation Policies."
